Ashton Under Lyne Juniors Section

Hi, this is a fundraising page for Ashton Under Lyne Juniors Section. We are a relatively small Rugby Union club in the North West of England with a growing junior section. We will utilise this page for any fundraising activities that coaches and junior players undertake in order to raise funds. We will use these funds to purchase extra kit items for all players (shorts and socks) and also so that we can provide extra equipment that can be used at festivals to keep the teams comfy and dry.

Initially we want to provide all players with socks and shorts, which will cost in the region of £1000 for all the children we have registered.

To try to achieve this target a couple of the coaches and some of our junior section already have fundraising events booked in.

The U7s coach, Ryan, and U10s coach, Mark, are running the Manchester Half Marathon on Sunday May 18th. There will be sweepstake opportunities as well, but if you want to donate directly please use this.

On the 26th July a range of junior players will be undertaking the Junior Yorkshire Tough Mudder course - children will range from 7 years old to 13 years old and teamwork will be key, as it is on the rugby pitch.
