UPDATE - 11/12/25, Ashanti successfully raised almost £50 from ticket sales to a Grinch movie night hosted at her school. She has also raised £67 from a cake and sweet sale, selling treats to theatre goers of the schools christmas show she is very close to her target payment of £291 for Decembers installment

I’m so proud to share that my daughter, Ashanti, has been given an incredible opportunity to travel to Tanzania in July 2027 with Camp International. During this life-changing trip, she’ll be teaching, building, and supporting local schools and communities — helping to make a real difference in the lives of children and families.

This trip means so much to Ashanti. She’s always had such a big heart and a genuine desire to help others, and this experience will let her see first-hand how kindness, teamwork, and determination can change lives.

Ashanti is especially excited to teach, and learn using games, creativity, and connection to bring people together. This opportunity gives her the ability to break barriers, build confidence, and inspire hope. Whether it’s helping children develop new skills, encouraging teamwork, or simply sharing laughter and joy, Ashanti can’t wait to make meaningful connections that go beyond words. ⚽

This journey is about more than just travel — it’s about growth, compassion, and community. Ashanti will be part of projects that improve education, create better facilities, and bring opportunities to those who need them most. And in return, she’ll learn so much about resilience, gratitude, and the power of giving back.

To make this dream possible, Ashanti is hoping to raise £5,530. This will cover her travel, accommodation, and resources that go directly toward the community projects she’ll be involved in. Every donation — big or small — brings her one step closer to making a real difference.
