Community Front entrance landscaping

I am the moderator of our  group on Facebook

I am purposing that we raise $3000 to clean up and landscape the front entrance. It should be enough to get the ball rolling where it would look nice, be easy maintenance in the future and allow us to maintain a nice entrance to our COMMUNITY development

Once our landscaping goal is reached we would immediately start and of course would post receipts of everything that is being spent for all to see so it’s VERY TRANSPARENT. We ask that each household contribute a minimum of $20 or more and most importantly PLEASE INCLUDE either YOUR NAME OR ADDRESS (ideally both if you can) when you contribute in a note on the go fund me.

We will donate first so you see the format so we know who contributed and can cross it off the development list

We will give this some time (through 10/1/2021) and for those that do not contribute or perhaps didn’t see this we will knock on doors after a month and a half or so and tell them about it because not everyone in the development is on facebook or in our group

There are about 125 homes in the development so at $20 per house $2500- $3000 should cover it with some people giving a little more and most importantly it will get the ball rolling and see where we go from there.

With MOST or ALL of the community helping we should get $3000 in no time (hopefully)
