Cradling Robert’s Mother & Children

On Thursday, January 6th, 2022 the world lost a faithful friend, a warm personality, and the big booming laugh of Robert Nathan Bailey (Born: December 3, 1980), who inexplicably died under police custody in Knoxville , Tennessee after his initial stop for a broken tail light.

Robert is survived by his mother, Mrs. Ruth Bailey of Knoxville, TN. He leaves behind three children: a daughter Alexis (20 years old), a son Robert Nathan “Nate” (17), and a son ShaMicha “Mike Mike” (13) who lives with Ruth. While it is impossible to make-up for Robert’s untimely death, this fundraiser is being organized to create a cushion of financial support for his mother and those three precious children as they attempt to navigate life without their beloved son/father.

Please pray for the comfort and peace of Robert’s children, his large extended family, the friends who loved him, and his mother as she seeks answers to the questions around his death and plans his funeral.

In addition to prayers, even the smallest financial gift will help support the current needs and future living/school expenses of Alexis, Mike Mike, Nate --and Ruth, who never turned her back on Robert, her only child. The money raised will go to Ruth, who will make decisions as to how it will be used for herself and her grandchildren.
