On Friday 17th March, Royal Marine Commando Veteran and former UKs Ultimate strongman competitor Mark 'Snapper' Snape is going to Yomp (weighted walk) 70 miles carying 60lbs of kit non-stop to raise money for the Armed Forces Community HQ in Wigan.
The Armed Forces Community HQ provide support for veterans and their families who struggle with issues such as PTSD, drugs, alcohol and gambling addictions. They help homeless veterans find homes and familes who stuggle to pay their bills or even feed their children.
All monies raised will be given to the Armed Forces Community HQ to help them continue the outstanding welfare support they are providing to veterans and their families.
