PLEASE HELP MY FAMILY REBUILD A LIFE IN GAZA

Hello! My name is Afaf. I live in Al-Mawasi, I am married to Akram, I am a 31 years old, and I have 6 children. We are 8 of 2.1 million displaced people in the Gaza War.

Like all mothers in Gaza, I have nothing and can’t do anything for my children. My youngest child is 3 1/2 years old. We have no money at all, and there is so little food aid. They are sad and hungry every day and they only wish to be back home where it doesn’t exist. My husband Akram was a farmer, and we cannot grow food since agriculture land is destroyed.

We are asking for money so that we may have our basic needs daily and be able to build a small house after the war. My husband is with me, thank God, but we are unable to help our kids together. We need money for daily food, transportation, shelter, children’s needs, clothes, and shoes in Gaza. All homes are destroyed, tents are very expensive, and there is still ongoing war and displacement. My children lack proper care.

There is so little water, food and support it is some days unbearable. It takes miles just to find fresh water! I just want my little ones to be safe and have fun again. My children love to play and there are days they go without any joy at all. My son loves grapes but there is no money.

I just want a better life because we are occupied. My house was bombed and the residence is now besieged by the military. My family has been displaced 3 times in Gaza. Forgive me for asking help. Please save us.
