I go by Bubba among friends and acquaintances. Many of you may already know me, awesome! Some of you may not, no sweat, hello!

I was very hesitant to start this as I truly try to be as independent as I can, but times being what they are- I am reaching out to the community for help. Here's the scoop:

Back in November of 2025, I felt a pop in my inner left elbow when I was doing preacher curls (fun!) and while painful, I still had most movement in my arm and thought nothing of it. But as you may have guessed, I should have gone to the doctor. That small pop ended up being a distal biceps rupture(photo added), and it's more or less killed off 60% of my supination strength, and has started to affect my ability to work. Later this month (aiming for the end of) I will be getting a reconstruction surgery, where they will take a cadaver tendon and reattach my bicep. This will prevent me from doing any labor related work (my mask making, photos added of said work) for about 3 months. The first 6 weeks alone my arm will be immobilized (which I'm sure will drive me crazy) This is where the gofundme comes in.

I'm looking to raise just the funds needed to cover expenses and bills during the time I am unable to work. I'm setting the amount to an estimated $6,000 to cover car payments, insurance(health/renters/car), food expenses ,and chip at any medical bills, for that time. No more, no less. If you're able to pitch in, awesome! If not, please share. No pressure either way, anything helps. I will do my best to pay it forward.
