Argentine Rock Lookout Rebuild

Tax deductible
I am Christopher Rivera, I am Director of Forest Fire Lookout Association (FFLA), California Western Region.

I am overseeing the rebuilding of Argentine Rock Lookout, Quincy, Ca. to begin 2021. We need your support and donations to make this happen.

In 1980, the lookout was closed and left to the elements. Argentine Lookout is loved by many and is in need of repair. We are currently compiling historic documents, stories, and lists of volunteers who will rebuild her. Please donate and make your mark in this community based project. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.  All donations are tax deductible.

The Forest Fire Lookout Association is an organization committed to the research, the preservation, and the history of forest fire lookouts, ground cabins, sites, and facilities. The Association works to educate and to enhance public knowledge and awareness of these historic sites and to save the structures, or when not possible or feasible, to capture and save their history. The FFLA frequently partners with local groups and the agencies that own or manage the lookouts to bring about successful outcomes.

Argentine Rock Lookout will be rebuilt and returned to its original glory.  Join us!
