I'm raising funds for my own art project: a transformable carbon fiber coffee table that also serves as a prototype for an architectural sculpture. This piece is now in its No. 7 iteration, and I'm using this fundraiser as an experiment in crowd-sourced funding to build support from backers or collectors for future arch scul prototypes.

The project centers on a coffee table format because I believe it can be more interesting to invest in as a centerpiece for social engagement, while also functioning as part of a larger artistic and sculptural concept. This prototype is part of a larger ongoing project that will likely continue into future iterations, so support would help me keep building on this process over time. Rather than responding to a crisis, I'm inviting people to support a creative process and help move this prototype forward.
