The primary goal of these seminars is to equip people with skills, knowledge, and resources that could save lives and prevent trauma.

Our technical portion emphasizes grappling techniques to escape various holds, positions, and chokes.

                            Knightdale North Carolina

When the technical portion has ended, we’ll facilitate a guided discussion and provide education on peer accountability, bystander-intervention, situational-awareness, and common misconceptions about consent.

Cultural nuance and a clear understanding of the societal norms that enable GBV must be addressed to combat this violence effectively.

The funds raised will facilitate travel and logistics for our seminars in Nigeria, Benin, London, and four states in the US. This December we’ll  teach 30 seminars and support 2 organizations committed to gender equity.

Please support this work by donating to and sharing this campaign. There’s no amount that’s too small. Let’s be proactive and prioritize PREVENTIVE measures for Gender Based Violence and Intimate Partner Violence.

Backstory: I’m a professional MMA fighter, a self-defensive instructor, and a Marine Corps veteran. When I was 18 a fatal tragedy in my family opened my eyes to the prevalence of gender oppression. That was my entry into this education and work. I’m committed to learning, teaching, and galvanizing others into being warriors for equity and justice.
