In May, Melissa went to work and was experiencing many problems such as nausea and dizziness when she then passed out at work. She was sent to the hospital where they discovered she needed two heart valves replaced. She has waited many months for this surgery as it is not an easy one to preform. She was admitted to Stanford for the surgery that took place earlier this week. Since her diagnosis in May, Melissa has been unable to work, and unable to do a lot of necessary things we take for granted. With strict limitations such as no lifting or driving, her road to recovery will be very long, creating a direct financial strain on their family.
Melissa's courage through this ordeal is inspiring, but their family needs our help. They are facing significant medical bills along with the lost income that comes with her inability to work. Every donation, no matter the size, will directly support Melissa's recovery and ease the financial pressure on her family during this critical time.
If you have the ability or opportunity to donate, your generosity will make a profound difference on her journey back to health. We appreciate anything whether it is prayers, a meal during recovery, or even a simple text checking in! Thank you!
