Helping someone in need!

For those of you who don't know me, I am a school nurse in a Philadelphia School District elementary school. I have met lots of children and their families over the last 13 months and there are many families that can use our help; however,  there is one family in particular, that needs our help right now.  They have gone through a lot in the last 6 months and times are very tough right now. They are in dire need of assistance in different aspects of life.  To spare the family the embarrassment, I have chosen not to mention their name  nor describe the family.  My school is in a community that tends to help one another and support one another.  I am asking each and every one of you,  to help, just a little bit.  If all my friends, family, and school community, can help with just a few dollars , we can help this family make repairs to their home in order for them to continue living there. Although the weather has been very warm, we all know that fall and winter is on its way. I would like to help them get the repairs done in the next few weeks before the cold weather is here.  Let's help them get their lives back together again.  I urge you to please support this cause.  And by the way, this family has no idea I am doing this.  I thank you in advance for your support and I am very grateful and hopeful that we all can be a part of this.
