
A.P.S-Fine Dinning For Everyone
Years ago a dear friend passed away as a result of a battle with mental health. When we were learning how to cook, trying to be better than him was one of my driving forces. It’s painful that he’s no longer here, but I thought how much better can I show my love for him than by showing that same love to others and using the skills we learned alongside each other to feed those in need? With the help of donors On Aaron’s birthday this year we were able to give hot meals to hungry bellies. We hope to continue this good work in his memory, and one day hope to have a physical structure that will house the first Michelin Star Nonprofit named after him, A.P.S. The meals we've been giving out are of restaurant quality, we have all the great feeling of sitting at a nice restaurant, being waited on, and eating remarkable food. We want to give that feeling to those who feel they no longer deserve it and serve them a magnificent 4-course meal. Cost Breakdown:
Venue Cost - $200/hr with a 4hr minimum, $100 cleaning fee, and $88 processing fee. $1,188*.
