2020 has changed so many things for Apptians, but we are happy to share that we are able to keep at least one of those traditions alive, virtually! We will once again be partnering with the YWCA to make the holidays a little brighter for families in need.
We love partnering with the YWCA because they are a national non-profit organization with a mission to eliminate racism, empower women, stand up for social justice, help families, and strengthen communities. This is an organization we have supported in years past through toy drives and food drives and we are excited to continue supporting them.
This year, we are able to ‘Adopt-A-Family’ (Families!) via purchasing of gift cards. Families in need will be gifted cards for groceries, as well as gift cards for each child to have their own little shopping spree. Our fundraiser will end on Friday, December 4th.
We are also excited to share that Apptio is kicking the fundraiser off by donating $2,000 and we will match up to another $2,000 donated by employees.
We know there are so many different organizations that are near and dear to each of our hearts and you may be giving back elsewhere this holiday season, but if you are looking for a way to give back, we hope you will join in this holiday fundraiser!
