We are grateful to Steve Winter for his tremendous input into the significant ongoing conversations on the future of the Unification movement. With his unwavering volunteer spirit, Steve has contributed in many ways — such as through his essays on Substack, through the monthly forum “Unification Matters Platform”, including the difficult task of organizing and structuring our email threads into an archive website, and through being a sacrificial and supportive brother for so many people.

Right now, Steve’s family is facing an extremely difficult trial. Steve’s wife Diane was diagnosed with cancer in summer of 2023. It is now at stage 4. In March, their family temporarily moved to Cheong Pyeong, Korea, where Diane hopes to be able to recover through prayer, spiritual retreat, and natural medicines. Unfortunately, the cancer continues to spread.

Steve is supporting his family financially by himself. There are many costs. I would like to appeal to all those who appreciate Steve’s work and his beloved family to please support them by contributing a little to their costs.
