Appeal for Urgent Support – Sankandi Village Secular School

At Sunshine With Smiles Trust, we are committed to supporting rural schools like Sankandi Village Secular School, where children face daily challenges in their pursuit of education.

The school is located dangerously close to the main Trans-Gambia Highway. Without a proper fence, children are at serious risk of road accidents. A secure perimeter will:

• Protect the children

• Mark the school boundary

• Help create a safe and structured environment

We are reaching out with a heartfelt appeal to help us ensure the safety and security of the children at Sankandi Secular Institute.

We urgently need to fence the school perimeter and install a gate to prevent any tragic incidents and protect the pupils. Unfortunately, The Gambia currently ranks 4th highest in the world for road traffic accidents, and we want to do everything possible to prevent any of these children from becoming part of that statistic.
