My name is Helen and I am reaching out with a heartfelt plea on behalf of my amazing cousin, Mathilda Wickham, who lives in St Vincent. She urgently needs two knee operations which, together, will cost £26,000. These surgeries are only done privately in St Vincent, with no public options available.

Right now, she can only walk with a stick and is in constant pain every day. Despite her struggles, she selflessly cares for her elderly father, who is blind and relies on her for everyday support.

We are doing everything we can to raise the money needed for her surgery. Every donation, no matter the amount, will bring her closer to a pain-free life and allow her to keep caring for her father and herself.
