<div>My name is Helen and I am reaching out with a heartfelt plea on behalf of my amazing cousin, Mathilda Wickham, who lives in St Vincent. She urgently needs two knee operations which, together, will cost £26,000. These surgeries are only done privately in St Vincent, with no public options available.
</div>
<div>Right now, she can only walk with a stick and is in constant pain every day. Despite her struggles, she selflessly cares for her elderly father, who is blind and relies on her for everyday support.
</div>
<div>We are doing everything we can to raise the money needed for her surgery. Every donation, no matter the amount, will bring her closer to a pain-free life and allow her to keep caring for her father and herself.
</div>
<div>If you’re unable to donate, please help by sharing this appeal with others. Your kindness and support mean so much to our family.
</div>
<div>Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
