El pasado lunes 23 de marzo, nuestra familia recibió una noticia que cambió nuestras vidas: nuestro familiar Alejandro un muchacho de 22 años fue detenido por autoridades migratorias. Desde entonces, hemos estado enfrentando un proceso difícil, lleno de incertidumbre, pero también con la esperanza de poder apoyarlo y salir adelante juntos.
Alejandro es una persona trabajadora, honesta y comprometida con su familia.
Llegó a este país con el deseo de superarse, construir un mejor futuro y como muchos, vino impulsado por sueños y la determinación de salir adelante a base de esfuerzo.
Es importante mencionar que Alejandro ya se encontraba llevando un debido proceso en su estatus migratorio, cumpliendo con lo requerido por las autoridades. Durante este tiempo, también logró construir una vida estable: encontró el amor, se casó y formó un proyecto de vida basado en el compromiso, el respeto y el deseo de un mejor futuro.
Hoy, todo ese esfuerzo y esos sueños enfrentan un momento crítico.
Nuestra prioridad es asegurar que Alejandro cuente con la representación legal adecuada para poder continuar su proceso de manera justa. Sin embargo, los costos legales son altos y representan un reto significativo para nuestra familia.
Por esta razón, hemos creado esta campaña con la esperanza de reunir los fondos necesarios para cubrir los gastos legales y brindarle a Alejandro la oportunidad de defender su caso.

Last Monday, March 23, our family received news that changed our lives: our relative Alejandro, a 22-year-old young man, was detained by immigration authorities. Since then, we have been facing a difficult process, full of uncertainty, but also with the hope of supporting him and moving forward together.
Alejandro is a hardworking, honest person who is deeply committed to his family. He came to this country with the desire to better himself and build a brighter future. Like many others, he was driven by dreams and the determination to succeed through hard work.
It is important to note that Alejandro was already going through the proper process regarding his immigration status, complying with all the requirements set by the authorities. During this time, he also managed to build a stable life: he found love, got married, and created a life project based on commitment, respect, and the hope for a better future. Today, all of that effort and those dreams are facing a critical moment.
Our priority is to ensure that Alejandro has proper legal representation so he can continue his process in a fair manner. However, legal costs are high and represent a significant challenge for our family. For this reason, we have created this campaign in the hope of raising the necessary funds to cover legal expenses and give Alejandro the opportunity to defend his case.
