Iván se encuentra atravesando un proceso migratorio complejo y, en esta etapa, necesita asistencia legal especializada de manera urgente para poder defender su situación de forma adecuada y con todas las herramientas necesarias.

Como familia, estamos haciendo todo lo que está a nuestro alcance para acompañarlo y protegerlo. Sin embargo, los costos legales migratorios son elevados y deben cubrirse en un período muy corto, por lo que nos estamos organizando para poder asumirlos de la mejor manera posible.

Iván es una persona extraordinaria que, como muchos otros, solo ha trabajado arduamente e invertido todo su esfuerzo para construir una nueva vida en Estados Unidos. Ha trabajado y estudiado con dedicación para obtener licencias y certificaciones que le permitan ser un miembro eficiente y contribuyente de su entorno, siempre determinado a superarse y enfrentar los obstáculos que naturalmente vienen con los procesos migratorios.

We are Ivan Dario Lakiere's family, and today we are sharing and incredibly crucial moment for us:

Ivan is currently facing an incredibly complex immigration process and, at this current stage, he needs specialized legal help on an urgent basis so he can have an adequate case built with appropriate legal representation and all the key components that might entail. 

As a family, we are doing everything we can and going beyond our means to help care for him and protect him. However, the cost of legal immigration processes is extremely high and these fees must be covered in a very short period of time. So we are organizing this fundraiser to have the possibility of helping him.

The collected funds will be used to cover:

• Immigration attorney fees.

• Fees for all legal processes and petitions necessary for his case. 

Ivan is an extraordinary person who, like many others, has done nothing but work hard and invest all the effort necessary to build a new life in the US. He has diligently worked and studied to obtain licenses and certifications that would allow him to become an efficient and contributing member of his newly adopted community, and is always determined to better himself and decisively navigate the obstacles that naturally come with all the legal immigration pathways.
