Aoife’s trips to South Africa

Hi, my name is Aoife, and I’m 16 years old, excitedly approaching the next chapter of my life after completing my GCSEs. This summer, I’ve been given the incredible, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to travel to South Africa—a journey that will not only broaden my horizons but also shape my future in ways I can only imagine.

This trip is more than just an adventure; it’s a chance to experience new cultures, connect with people from different walks of life, and challenge myself in ways that will help me grow. I’ll have the opportunity to take part in meaningful activities, such as a 3 day hike through the Kruger National Park and helping to build infrastructure for villages, all while building skills and memories that will stay with me forever.

However, I need your help to make this dream a reality. The total cost of the trip is £1,200, which covers travel, accommodation, meals, and participation in the program. I’ve been working hard to save as much as I can, but as a student, raising this amount on my own is a big challenge.
