Antonella is a 1-year-old U.S. citizen baby fighting two rare genetic syndromes

Wolf-Hirschhorn Syndrome (WHS): A rare genetic disorder that affects brain development and vital organs. It often causes seizures, severe breathing problems, and life-threatening medical complications. Children with WHS usually need constant medical support and monitoring.

Silver-Russell Syndrome (SRS): A rare condition that affects growth and metabolism. It causes extreme feeding difficulties, inability to gain weight, and dangerous drops in blood sugar. Babies with SRS often need medical feeding equipment to survive.

The combination of both syndromes makes Antonella extremely fragile and dependent on a ventilator, a feeding tube, and the continuous presence of her mother to stay alive.

Why we urgently need help

We are requesting financial help to cover:

• Medical expenses: Equipment and supplies for her ventilator and feeding tube, medications, therapies, and specialized care she requires 24/7.

• Legal support: Antonella’s mother was detained by ICE during a routine appointment. We urgently need to cover the cost of the attorneys working to secure her humanitarian release, so she can be reunited with her daughter and continue providing the care Antonella depends on for survival.
