In 2023, I see myself seeking public support to stop bullying and racism and to fund my litigation at the Australian court.

I live in a Sydney suburb, a migrant lawyer with Chinese background, a member of a strata-like community in NSW Australia.

I complained to the local community organisation about perceived racism and organsiational breaches but then was victimised through its organisational action. The government body NCAT (NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal) ordered me to compensate the organisation due to my complaint.

Under these circumstances, I believe that the independent government body NCAT has lost independence but stands on one side departing from fairness and justice.

Now the matter is at the NSW Supreme Court.

Unfair Election - The as-strata organisation refused a community member with Chinese background an equal opportunity to compete for its committee election at its 2020AGM. I raised disagreement but incurred hate.

Unacceptable Racism - After the 2020AGM I was racially attacked when its executive came to my door and verbally abused me targeting my Asian identity (my Chinese background) in front of my door, in the street and in the community park. And threatened to take piss-off action.

Unjust Voting - The organisation refused to accept 2 votes from its members with Chinese background, resulting in voting me out of its executive committee.

Organisational bully - The organisation took group action to bully me in paying compensation to it for mediation about complaints.

The NCAT did not solve my complaints but instead ordered me to pay more compensation to the organisation, so now I go to the NSW Supreme Court.

The organisation engaged a specialist lawyer throughout NCAT proceedings from 2021. Now the organisation is raising funds (special levy from its 20+ members) of $40,000 to engage more experienced lawyers.

The organisation's capacity of fundraising and legal resources would be overwhelming in contrast with me, because I have remained unrepresented as a self-litigant all the time. I have gone through the NCAT full proceedings myself in the past two years.

Now the issue has exceeded my understanding of law and values in Australia. I definitely need public support to continue the litigation for fairness and justice, and to uphold the rule of law and righteous values in Australia.

My goal is to raise the funds of $20,000 in contrast with the organisation's target of $40,000, because I am a legal practitioner myself and would be able to save legal fees.

The funds raised will be used for this litigation, particularly paying experienced barristers at the Australian court.

There may be no reward to you. But as a legal practitioner, I may one day be ready somewhere to offer my skills and knowledge.

The fund is non-refundable. The balance of funds, if not used out in the future, will be transferred to registered charities including education funds and scholarship funds.

Anti Bullying, Anti Racism. It is human and universal.
