Earlier this year, my life changed after I was attacked. What followed were months of recovery, medical expenses, lost work, and eventually losing the stability I had built for myself.

Since then, I’ve been living between hotels and Airbnbs, carrying my life in bags and spending an incredible amount on temporary housing and Ubers just to get to work, appointments, and everyday necessities.

The good news is that I’m finally working again. Bookings and opportunities are coming back, and for the first time in months I genuinely feel like I can see a way forward. What I need now is a stable foundation: a place to call home and reliable transportation.

The funds raised will help with a deposit and move-in costs, as well as a dependable used vehicle, insurance, registration, and the expenses necessary to get settled. I’m not asking anyone to support me indefinitely. I’m asking for help getting across this final gap so the money I earn can go toward rebuilding instead of constantly paying for temporary survival.
