Hello Everyone!
My name is Anthony Chu. I am currently a Boy Scout from Troop 651 of San Marcos. In the past seven years, I have been working hard to become an Eagle Scout. In addition to scouting, I have been participating in the junior varsity tennis team for Mission Hills High School. This coming school year, I look forward to join the school Varsity Tennis Team .
With the help of the scouts, scout leaders, friends, and family, I will be constructing a storage unit for my Mission Hills Tennis Team.
The storage unit will be an 8’x 8’ shed (will stand 7’10” tall) which will have 64 square feet to store all of the tennis equipment-- ball machines, tennis balls, score cards, tennis jerseys, tennis rackets, and ball carts that has been miscellaneously placed throughout the P.E. Department’s Storage rooms.
I am seeking $2200 to construct a Tuff Shed kit for the Mission Hills Tennis Team which will keep the tennis equipment more organized and closer to the tennis courts. The money will be spent on the shed materials, supplies, tools, and other needs.
I am planning to execute my project on Monday, August 22nd through August 24th. It may take about three days to complete the building part of my eagle scout project. This service project means a great deal to me; it will help my tennis team to have an organized tennis storage along with demonstrating my leadership abilities; the project will also help me apply my communication skills which will later help me in life.
Your donation will be greatly appreciated and will help the tennis team tremendously.
