Hi my name is Georgia Pulford, and i set up this gofundme for my Dad. My Dad has a serious heart condition called an aortic aneurysm. This means that he has to have open heart surgery within three months to prevent an aorta tear. My parents are trying everything they can to get his surgery as soon as possible and this means he has to do a lot of medical things before he can go under.
