Help Us Lay Anthony “Chaz” Simmons to Rest

With heavy hearts, we share that our beloved brother, Anthony “Chaz” Simmons, born January 20, 1982, passed away on September 6, 2025. Chaz fought a long and painful battle with addiction, and though that struggle has ended, our love for him remains strong.

Chaz was more than his battle—he was family, a friend, and a soul who touched many lives. He had a big heart and a presence that will always be remembered.

Because he did not have life insurance, we are asking for help to give him the dignity of a proper farewell. Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward funeral expenses so we can send him home with love and respect.
