<div>With heavy hearts, we share that our beloved brother, Anthony “Chaz” Simmons, born January 20, 1982, passed away on September 6, 2025. Chaz fought a long and painful battle with addiction, and though that struggle has ended, our love for him remains strong.

<div>Chaz was more than his battle—he was family, a friend, and a soul who touched many lives. He had a big heart and a presence that will always be remembered.

<div>Because he did not have life insurance, we are asking for help to give him the dignity of a proper farewell. Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward funeral expenses so we can send him home with love and respect.
