I would like to introduce the Anon Street Team - Norwich to you. We are a group of volunteers who feed the Homeless and Vulnerable in the City Centre every Sunday

evening, all year round. We have split ourselves into 4 teams, each going out 1 week in 4. We provide a 2 course, home cooked, healthy meal for up to 100 people each

week, along with fruit, cakes and biscuits. Help with toiletries, sleeping bags, tents, clothing and footwear is also offered, according to supplies. We also walk the streets with trolleys laden with food parcels, containing hot meal and dessert with cutlery, sandwiches, crisps, biscuits, cold & hot drinks, fruit, etc.to find the most isolated who won't come to us.

We have fantastic partners such as Supermarkets & Food Hub organisations who share their surplus food with us, as well as support from our local communities. Without this support, we could not provide the level of support that we give as we are completely self funded.

Alongside our core activity, we also support families in our local communities in food poverty, with both weekly and ad hoc food parcels.

There are some items that we have to purchase as they are not donated, such as foil containers, eco friendly disposal cutlery, bags, additional cooking ingredients such as tinned tomatoes and for that, we rely on monetary donations and the reason for this fund raiser.
