My name is Ryan Dillon. It will be my twin brother Emmette Dillon's 4th anniversary this September. In the past 3 Septembers, I ran 10k a day to raise funds for two vital services that mean a lot to me. The two services are Foyle Search and Rescue and ARC Fitness (addiction recovery coaching).

This year I cannot commit to running 10k a day for the month of September due to work and family commitments. This year, I will be running 5 half marathons (4 half marathons in Donegal in 4 days from 14th Aug to 17th Aug and then the Waterside half marathon on 7th Sept) in Emmette's memory and to raise to funds for the above services.
