Anna didn't want a present for her birthday, she wanted to help other kids. 

She invited her friends for a party, but rather ask for presents she asked for people to donate to a charity.

Although only being 6, she is aware of things like Syria and the suffering they are facing. Her mother works in a hospital and Anna hated the idea of people bombing hospitals in Syria.
