On the 7th of March 2025, we tragically lost our beautiful sister Anna to cancer. Anna was a warm and funny person, and we're still trying to come to terms with her loss and give all the support we can to her husband Colin and three young children, Ava, Lucia and Theo.

To honour her memory, my brother Jude and I will be competing in Hyrox Dublin on the 16th of November, raising funds for Macmillan Cancer Support and Crocus Cancer Support Centre in Monaghan—two incredible charities that provide vital care and support to those affected by cancer.
