Anna Hensley-Russell to get to sustainability
Donation protected
We are coming together as a family born and raised in Marion, now settled in Asheville, NC, to reconstruct our family dynamic as much as possible. Anna Hensley-Russell is my sister, 73 years old. She had a booth at the Antique Tobacco Barn before it was completely destroyed by Hurricane Helene. She used the booth for business to help provide for her family. Her livelihood and way of supplying and maintaining her needs for her family have been washed away. Her disabled husband, who only receives social security each month, is only able to cover the mortgage. FEMA, unfortunately, has not yet led to any actual help outside of loan offers. Our goal as a family is to get a grounding. This community is one of the strongest and most strong-willed. We will use 100% of any donation for food, water, utilities, and the sustainability of shelter during her loss of business.
