Hi my name is Angelina and on March 16th I was hospitalized and I'm currently still am. I've been diagnosed with Atypical Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome (AHUS). I'm launching this Go Fund Me because my family and I have exhausted our reserves and options.

Because of my disease I may not be able to enter the work force again. I'm a mother of 5. I'm asking for prayers and donations to maintain bills and my family so I can focus on getting better and getting back home to my family.
