We are once again raising funds for Angela, Barbara and Joann. Two of the three are running out of unemployment benefits, and all of them need support covering healthcare and other expenses for their families.

As a reminder, Angela, Barbara and Joann are our fantastic Brooklyn Legal Services paralegals who were fired for filing a harassment complaint. Management waited to terminate these dedicated, long-term LSNYC workers until March 2025 -- two weeks after we had agreed on a contract. They knew that their actions were unjust and that the shop would have gone on strike had we known what was happening. The team is optimistic that they will win or settle the ongoing arbitration. However, they likely won't get a decision until December 2025/early 2026.

We know folks are stretched thin, but it would be immensely helpful to Angela, Barbara and Joann if folks can give what they can. Moreover, we are sending a message to management: we stand with our members against their direct assaults on concerted union activity!
