At our sister school, Perez Elementary, over 85% of the families are economically disadvantaged. This has been compounded by the pandemic and many families struggle with basic needs, but they still desire to provide their children a memorable holiday season.

 

The Clayton Community Angel Tree is back this year to support our friends in the Perez and Clayton community in need of a boost this holiday season. While Cardinals won’t be passing by beautifully decorated trees in the halls each day this December, the help and generosity of our community is needed more than ever. In addition to toys, many of the items requested in a typical year include clothes, blankets, kitchen essentials, socks and underwear and other everyday essentials.  We will be collecting gifts from the families wish lists and also accepting gift cards and monetary gifts through gofundme to help augment those donations.

 

Our goal is to raise at least $10,000 to meet or exceed the generosity we’ve been able to provide in the past.
