Ang and Jake Family Support

Hello friends! My name is Nick and I am Ang’s brother. I have started this GoFundMe for Ang and Jake as they have begun a very long journey with their 2 year old son Max who has just been diagnosed with Leukemia. Max’s treatment plan has a long road, approximately 2 and half years of ongoing treatment. Max’s treatment is further complicated due to the fact he has Down Syndrome. Mighty Max is a fighter and we all know he can kick cancer's butt!

Mighty Max is currently at Children’s Hospital where he will be for approximately one month. Ang and Jake are busy being there for Mighty Max and they need our help. Although Max’s medical bills are covered, Ang and Jake are a family with 8 children and they have had to miss time from work to care for Max while in the hospital and will for some time. Their offer on a new house was accepted prior to Max’s diagnosis. They have living expenses and moving expenses that are causing a lot of anxiety for them during this difficult time. My hope is that we can all come together and lighten the burden for this amazing family. Ang and Jake have always been willing to help those of us in need and it would be amazing if we could do the same for them. The nature of their work means they are not getting paid if they are not present. Ang has not left Max’s side and Jake is working as hard as he can but they are struggling.

I know times are tough for a lot of us right now. If you can contribute financially that would be great. However, if you are not in the position to do that you can still help! The new home Ang and Jake have purchased needs some TLC (painting, yard work, etc). They were planned to move mid July and still have lots of packing and moving to do also. If you cannot help financially would you please consider donating some of your time.

I love my big sister and she has helped so many of us. She is a wonderful mother and it has been very hard for her being at the hospital and not spending as much time as she would like with the other kids. Jake is an amazing father and has been a great brother-in-law. He is working so hard for his family and is spending every second he can at the hospital also. For those of you that know them you know exactly how special this family is. Any help would be so greatly appreciated.
