Andy's RC Track Rebuild

I am planning on rebuilding the r/c track entirely. The plan is to build the track jumps and elevation changes out of dirt. We will cover the obstacles with the outdoor carpet, and it will be more of a European style outdoor carpet/turf track. This means more permanent features and layouts, but I think it will be WAY more fun to race on, and the track can be ran on year-round. The carpet I currently have does have a fair amount of wear and tear, but it can probably go another season or 2.

I need to raise funds however to replace some of the more worn out and damaged sections of carpet, as well as pay for renting the skid steer, vibratory plate compacter, roller, etc.

The carpet I use is called Grizzly Grass. It costs 85 cents a square foot. I am looking for another 1200 sqft in additional material, which is $1,020.

The skid steer rental is $270 per day plus a $75 delivery fee.

I'd like to build the track this coming weekend, memorial day weekend and re-open the track mid-june if we can get money raised. Thanks!
