Adoption is expensive, seriously!! According to adoptivefamilies.com it costs an average of $40,000 for US newborn adoptions.
Most adoptions take about a year, and people fundraise all year long and plan for it. For us, we were approached about baby boy August 24th and have one month to fund the adoption.
Our goal is to raise $19,000 to cover the costs of attorneys, agencies, fees, and potential medical bills. We are incredibly thankful for the generosity we've already experienced.
First and foremost we are asking for prayer. Prayer for financial provision, our family and the future of this baby boy. If you feel led to partner with us by donating we appreciate any help! Any amount is an answer to prayer and a huge blessing.
