Sometimes we face moments we can’t understand—situations so painful they leave us without answers, only with an overwhelming sense of loss. This is the story of Andri, a brave 14-year-old boy whose life has been shaped by sacrifice, absence, and now, unimaginable tragedy.

A year ago, Andri lost his maternal grandmother, who was much more than a grandmother—she was his second mother, his guide, and his safe place while his mom worked in the United States to give him a better future.

But on September 14th, life took from him what is most sacred to any child: his mother. She was brutally murdered, leaving a void that no words can describe.

Andri has been forced to grow up far too quickly, enduring more pain than any child should ever have to face. His story is not shared to ask for pity, but to inspire solidarity. No message can truly capture the depth of his or his family’s grief. But today, you can make a real difference in his life.

A veces enfrentamos momentos que no entendemos, situaciones tan dolorosas que nos dejan sin respuestas, solo con un profundo sentimiento de pérdida. Esta es la historia de Andri, un valiente joven de tan solo 14 años, cuya vida ha estado marcada por el sacrificio, la ausencia y, recientemente, una tragedia devastadora.

Hace un año, Andri perdió a su abuela materna, quien fue mucho más que una abuela: fue su segunda madre, su guía y su refugio, mientras su mamá luchaba desde los Estados Unidos por ofrecerle un mejor futuro.

Pero el 14 de septiembre, la vida le arrebató lo más sagrado que puede tener un niño: su madre. Ella fue brutalmente asesinada, dejando un vacío imposible de llenar en el corazón de su hijo.
