My name is Andre Hines and I have been a resident of Allen, TX precinct 218 for 14 years.  I am running for Allen City Council Member Place #1.  I am originally from Little Rock, AR and I am married with 3 young boys. I have been practicing as a  Physical Therapist for 18 yrs.  I attained my Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center in Memphis, TN.  I currently serve as the CEO of ADAY Therapy Services, Inc, and work at Texas Health Resources, Allen, TX.  I am a Healthcare Professional with a focus on improving  the  overall Health of Allen, TX.  

-This means working to improve the COVID-19 vaccination process for all Allen residents and ensuring access for surrounding residents who want to receive the vaccine.
-It means  working with our Allen City Fire and Police Departments to implement annual Mental Health and Diversity Training.
-It means working with City Developers to rejuvenate Downtown Allen and promote local business.
