We're two high school students who think that all kids deserve the opportunity to fall in love with science, technology, and creativity regardless of where they come from. That's why we created Spark for STEM, an entirely free, student-run summer camp for kids aged 8-14.
This two-day camp will offer hands-on experiments, basic coding training, mini engineering projects, and interactive challenges all intended to spark curiosity and confidence in young minds. We're creating the type of experience we would've wanted when we were kids: fun, engaging, and for everyone.
But we need your support. Since we're making the camp 100% free for families, we're raising funds to cover items such as science supplies, robotics kits, craft materials, safety equipment, and snacks. Your donation no matter how small goes directly into the activities and adventures we have planned for these young people.
Help us make this summer one to remember for our future scientists, makers, and thinkers. Thank you so, so much for helping make this mission a reality.
Why we need $500:
$160 provides materials for all campers, including science kits and project supplies
$140 goes toward basic robotics and coding tools for interactive tech activities
$140 helps us secure a venue for our activities
$60 supports snacks, certificates, and souvenirs for the campers
