Kevin and Gina have been sweet hearts since high school. They currently have three children ages 16, 10, and 6. Gina works as an assistant manager of a convenience store and Kevin recently started working for drilling company. They like many others have experienced the COVID-19 setbacks and blessings.
Gina (although on birth control) found out that she was pregnant a few months ago. At 38 this was a huge surprise! But low and behold, the bigger surprise came three weeks ago. Gina had her 20 week ultrasound and they found 3 babies!!! One boy and two girls!!
Gina is due on December 11, 2020 but she has already experienced pre-term labor and is currently off of work. She had to undergo a surgical procedure that helps keep her cervix closed (and keep those babies cooking).
Kevin and Gina have experienced many tough times in life as Kevin had a back injury coupled with chemical burns in his lungs from previous employment.
Currently, they live with her 74 year old widowed mom and brother (who has partially recovered from brain cancer), in the basement of a tiny house. Kevin and Gina are in need of their own home and a vehicle that will fit three car seats (for those cute babies) and for the other three kids. Six kids total!!
They are also in need of cribs, strollers, diapers, wipes, cloths, etc, etc, etc. Basically, three of everything "baby". We have set a goal for them but are unsure of what the pending medical expenses may be for 3 premature little ones.
We are unsure of the end goal as we do not know how early these little ones may come and what health problems they will face.
We know these are trying times for everyone and appreciate any help for this family.
