Hi, we're the Anchormen Dance Teams, a registered charity based in Elland. We invite the youth of our community to come along and learn dance and gymnastic skills whilst incorporating the fine manipulation of equipment (flags, sabres and rifles).

Recently, we lost our home, a place where generations have come together as a team and made friends for life whilst representing the Elland community at a national level.

But we don't want our story to end there...

On the 13th July 2025 the Anchormen family will be participating in a 'sponsored walk' to raise funds for our 2026 season and to help with us finding our forever home once again.

Our plan is simple, we will be collectively walking 83 miles - a reflection of our 3rd placed cadet class score at the 45th Winter Guard United Kingdom Championships in 2025.

Each member will be walking 8.3 miles total, with our growing numbers in members, we anticipate that we will surpass our mileage target!
