Earlier this year, someone I loved very much passed away from suicide. He never made it to his 20th and when my mum asked what I wanted for my 20th birthday, I decided I wanted to raise money to support others who are struggling with their mental health.

I wanted to raise money for Sasha’s Project as it is local to our hometown and close to his family, as well as being a charity that supports young people and families during difficult times. I’m trying to raise as much money as possible before my birthday on October 12th to donate.

Drew was someone who was unconditionally loved by everyone who knew him and always brought so much laughter and light to others. He was a considerably talented musician with such a creative soul that always managed to view the world in such a unique way. His light always burned so brightly for those he loved, always protecting those close to him.

He was someone who I have always loved deeply and will continue to love forever and beyond eternity.
