The Saturday Free School for Philosophy and Black Liberation is celebrating 'The Magnificent Lives of Paul Robeson and the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad' on their 125th birth anniversaries. During a time of war, immense poverty, and spiritual and ideological confusion, we look to them and their vision of a new Afro-Asiatic reconstitution of the world centered on peace, humanity, and beauty. On Saturday, June 17th, we will have a day long festival featuring intercivilizational music and dance, jazz performances, prayers for the people, a free lunch, and an art exhibit dedicated to Harry Belafonte. More details of the conference can be found at: www.robesonelijahmuhammad.org Funds will be used to pay for performers, exhibition & outreach materials, and refreshments and lunch. The event will be free and open to the public. Please donate and contribute to keeping the revolutionary legacies of Paul Robeson and the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad alive for the city of Philadelphia and for the world.
