Amy & Grant's IVF Fund

If you could picture the most positive, kind and caring person it would be Amy Baird.  Amy and Grant were married 3 1/2 years ago and you cannot find a couple more perfect for each other! Grant has a now 7 year old son.  He is the light of their lives and Amy is an amazing step-mother to him.  She loves him so much and has always considered him her son.   However, Amy has never had the opportunity to be mother to a child that is her own.  It is the longing and desire of her heart!  Unfortunately, Amy and Grant have tried to have a baby of their own for 3 years and after 3 miscarriages, the final option is IVF (In Vetro Fertilization).  Amy has exhausted all other fertility options/ medications through working with many specialists.  Amy and Grant are very hopeful as they begin this new journey however the cost of a procedure of this nature is astronomical.   For any of you that are parents that either child birth was very easy for you or your journey was similar to Amy and Grant's, you know that pregnancy and birth are both stressful and costly without added costs of fertility treatments.  Please help us take away the stress of the added cost of IVF.  The cost of this procedure is almost $30,000. Of course, Amy and Grant would never ask for money for themselves so we are doing this on their behalf with their permission.  Also, due to Amy's blood clotting disorder she will also have to give herself shots throughout her pregnancy to carry the baby.  The cost of this medication will continue to add up as well.  This is not included in the IVF cost.  However, it is imperative that she has them to keep the baby healthy.  Her specialist doctor feels they have a great plan in place and feels this option should be the answer to their prayers.  Amy and Grant know that the Lord is ultimately in control and they want His will to be done.   They have been praying fervently for this child.  If you cannot contribute financially to this amazing cause please pray for the doctor’s wisdom, the procedure to be successful and for Amy and Grant to be blessed with a healthy baby.  Thank you so much for helping to make this dream and prayer a reality.  They will forever be grateful.
