Amerson Adoption

We are Austin and Amanda Amerson, and we are adopting! Six years ago when we started dating, we talked often about one day wanting to adopt if we were to get married. Well, two years later, on May 10, 2014 we got married at Lakeview Baptist Church in Auburn, Alabama. Lakeview is the church where we met, were engaged, were married, and where our heart for adoption really began.

When we had been married almost a year, we decided to begin our family biologically with adoption still being the plan for later down the road. After three years of trying, multiple doctor’s visits, fertility treatments, and surgeries, we were still unable to begin our family. Which brings us to this point. With a desire to adopt as we have been adopted through Jesus, and trusting in the Lord, we invite you to embark with us on the journey of adoption!
