American Legion Post 233 Park Bench

The American Legion Post 233, Elk Grove, is a service organization in Elk Grove which provides support for our community but more specifically to our veterans. We would like to be able to sponsor a bench in the park surrounding District 56, the Elk Grove Civic Center to allow our veterans and fellow citizens the opportunity to have a place to sit and enjoy our beautiful park. The City of Elk Grove charges $3,000 for a bench along with 10 years of maintenance.  There are only a limited number of benches available for sponsorship so we would like to accomplish our goal within the first 6 months of 2021. We would be very grateful to our friends and neighbors in Elk Grove for supporting this effort.
