Our very loved and very special Amelle's birthday is coming the first week of may. We have been working with lawyers to get Amelle the paperwork she needs to work, travel back to her family and live in good standing in the United States. We have already spent around five grand in legal fees, now we need a little under 4,000 to pay the government directly. Amelle has given so much towards her life here and I wanted to reach out to the communities she has been a part of to see if we can raise that money for her and assist her in this journey. All other surplus funds will address any debts Amelle has incurred back in France in regards to housing or banking due to the inability to travel, as well as recoup money spent in legal fees.
